FAQs
How long does the cremation process take?
Each pet is treated individually, and we ensure the process is carried out with care and respect. The time until ashes are returned can vary, but we aim to reunite you with your pet as quickly as possible, without compromising dignity or care.
What happens to my pet’s ashes?
After the cremation, your pet’s ashes are returned to you safely and securely. We offer a personalised treasure chest, but if you have other preferences, please let us know — every pet and family is unique.
Do you provide home or vet collection?
Yes, we offer collection from your home or veterinary practice, with 24-hour support available to guide you through the process.
Can I arrange home euthanasia through you?
While we do not perform home euthanasia ourselves, we can help you coordinate with a trusted, compassionate vet at an affordable cost. Our support for this is free, and the vet’s fees are paid directly to them.
Can I be with my pet during euthanasia?
If you choose home euthanasia with our vet, James, he will support and guide you with care and compassion. You can stay with your pet throughout, saying goodbye peacefully in the comfort of your home.
What if my pet is unusual or small?
All pets are valued family members. If you have a pet that is small, exotic, or unique, please contact us — we will discuss your options and ensure your companion is cared for with the same love and dignity.
Can I be with my pet during the cremation?
While individual cremations are carried out respectfully, we can discuss options for saying goodbye beforehand. Our priority is to ensure your pet is treated with dignity at every step.
Is this service affordable?
Yes. We aim to keep individual pet cremation and related services accessible for all families. There are no hidden fees, and we are always transparent about costs. Optional keepsakes are available if you wish.
